Cap: 5-15cm Flattening with age but remaining somewhat convex. Has a slightly inrolled margin. Often irregular in shape. Cream coloured often cracking.

Gills: White to cream coloured. Narrow and crowded. Sinuate.

Stem: Short robust cream to white

Spores: White

Flesh: White, firm. Smells of flour / meal

Habitat: Pasture and woodland edges

Frequency: Common

Edibility: Edible

Preserving: Dries easily.
